Once selection is validated and at the end of the negociation with both Host Institutes, the Fellows have to provide ERCIM with their full contact details and those of the HOSTING INSTITUTES (scientific contact details, start date of the fellowship in both institutes). It will allow ERCIM to start the process of preparing the contract with both ERCIM and EGIDE (for security insurance)

A specific database has been created to complete this process and personal identifiant and password will be provided to the fellows by Celine Bitoune.
