The DRIHMS EU-funded project has prepared a questionnaire to define the advances in Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) that
can represent a benefit for the Hydro-Meteorology Research (HMR) and thus instigate a joint HMR-ICT research and applications agenda. Recent
advances in Grid Computing and the emergence of the Cloud Computing paradigm offer an unprecedented portfolio of
resources and services for the HMR community as a whole enabling a more thorough hydro-meteorology research. DRIHMS aims to identify the ICT
capabilities the availability of which  is required for further boosting European HMR research. I would be grateful if you could spend some minutes
