The first WP3 plenary meeting was held in Pisa, 14th of January, 2005, at the Dept. of Computer Science of the Univerity of Pisa.
The programme of the workshop was the following:

9.15 - 10.45 Partner position/involvement in the workpackage
10.45 - 11.15 coffe break
11.15 - 13.00 Discussion: general idea of grid component model
13.00 - 14.00 Lunch
14.00 - 16.00 Discussion: Roadmap structure
16.00 - 16.30 Coffe break
16.30 - 18.00 Partner involvement in the project + assigment of roadmap sections to the partners
